Terms and Limitations

Services are limited to the written scope accepted for an engagement. Timelines begin after successful payment, complete eligible intake, and acceptance of accessible in-scope materials.

Professional boundaries

Unless expressly stated in a signed scope, services do not include legal advice, regulatory interpretation, compliance certification, engineering advice, site inspection, penetration testing, freedom-to-operate analysis, or a guaranteed safety, approval, award, compliance, or commercial outcome.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must be authorized to provide all submitted material and remain responsible for implementation, legal and regulatory decisions, certifications, signatures, submissions, and independent professional review where appropriate.

Research limitations

Patent and commercialization research does not establish that an invention is “patent free,” safe to manufacture, or clear to commercialize. Later patents, continuations, improvements, foreign rights, trademarks, regulations, and other rights or obligations may apply.
